Announcing the Setting Standards Program for Summer 2024!
Join coaches Geoff Trentham, and current U of A golden bears setter and USPort National Champion, Luke Weddell, for all things setting. Luke has been coached by some of the most decorated setting coaches in Canada, and is eager to pass along his expertise in the art of the second contact.
This program is best suited for those looking to take a deep dive into the setting position. Main focuses: Footwork, hand position, decision making and position 1 defence.
All skill levels are welcome, programs will be curated specifically to the needs of the individual.
Note: Register based on grade in September 2024.
Dates:
Section 1: Jul 9, 10 &11
Section 2: Jul 22, 23 & 24
Section 3: Aug 7, 8 & 9
Time: 5:00pm – 7:00pm (all 9 sessions)
Venue: Notre Dame High School, 50 Lees St, Red Deer, AB T4R 2P6
